To ensure top quality, high-quality employees are needed. Our TWO Academy offers a range of skills and management training for our employees to grow. Training on the job, supervised by experienced colleagues is also part of our training schedule. HBO qualified management trainees start with the basics and develop themselves into experienced managers. Primary and secondary training in handling hazardous materials is required to work in our company. The growth of our company and our services are highly dependent on the ability to attract talented people.

Every employee need to pass a basic examination 'hazardous substances'. The course is delivered with regular intervals, based on
the hiring of new employees. At least once a year there is a refreshment course.

These courses are intended to increase knowledge and skills for the driving / operating warehouse equipment. The 'on-site' training is possible for employees to train the various warehouse vehicles. Besides a certificate of proficiency a security pass is issued by a positive completion of the course.
