We define quality as the way customers and third
parties perceive our service. Besides the statistical measurement of our
performance, Quality therefore also
consists of the customer perception based on our ability to fulfill their specific needs.
“Easy to do business with” and being really dedicated to and interested in
the business needs of our principal and their customers. We think of customers as people and
understand their needs and requirements. Our personal service orientated touch
will help our customers to become more competitive in their marketplace

The quality of our services is, amongst others,
warranted by our ISO 9001:2000, and SQAS
certifications (see section Qualifications). Furthermore we continuously measure our own performance.
All processes within TWO are supported by state of the
art ICT systems bringing numerous advantages. RF barcode scanning, which is
used in our warehouses, provides us with real time overview of pending
activities, activities in progress and activities completed, as well as
realizing efficiency increases. Furthermore we are able to receive pre advices
and orders in almost any format available, stock movements and stock levels
are available online via our secured web portal.
In addition to the above we believe that the quality
of our services is for the larger part determined by the people responsible for
the implementation and operation. Continuity of staff is a prerequisite in our
experience and thanks to our excellently trained Customer Service and Warehouse
Teams with an average seniority of 12 years we set ourselves apart from the
market. TWO continuously invests in the development of its workforce through
the TWO Academy (see section TWO Academy), a workforce education centre focussing on progress by personal
development.
Being specialists in hazardous goods logistics
requires a detailed structure to operate the business. To ensure all
stakeholders understand operational, administrative and commercial aspects of
our cooperation, a Service Level Agreement will be agreed upon. Flexibility will remain in place, but the
mandatory procedures will have to be observed.
